Located a short walk to the village of Mormoiron, this charming garden apartment is newly renovated. Mormoiron has a good range of shops including bakery, small grocer, newsstand, cafes and simple restaurants. Very congenial owners live above the apartment and have designed it to ensure your privacy and theirs. The accommodation has its own outdoor terrace and natural garden with trees, shrubs and flowering plants as well as a separate entrance and parking. Small properties rarely have swimming pools. Here you have access from the garden to a lovely swimming pool and terrace, shared with the owners. The apartment is attractively decorated with terra cotta tile floors, white walls and comfortable contemporary furnishings. The main room has a blue upholstered love seat and a light wood table and chairs for 2 people. The galley kitchen, with counter divide, is well designed with sand-colored Italian tilework, oak cabinets, adequate preparation space and all appliances. To the right of the main room is the bedroom with queen bed. On the other side is the bathroom with pretty pale blue tile. This is a very light, private, comfortable spot in one of our favorite regions. A great value for a small accommodation with pool, all within walking distance of the village! **Note: Valat is on the same property as Le Cabanon (PRO014). This is an ideal combination for couples who travel together and prefer the privacy of separate accommodations.
