Located a short walk to the village of Mormoiron, this charming cabanon sits in the grounds of the owner's house. Mormoiron has a good range of shops including bakery, small grocer, newsstand, cafés and simple restaurants.
The accommodation has its own outdoor sitting area, part of a large garden with trees, shrubs and flowering plants. Small properties rarely have swimming pools. Here you have access through the garden to a lovely swimming pool and terrace, shared with the very congenial owners. The studio cottage is light and bright with large windows, painted beamed ceilings, white walls and ceramic tile floors. It is attractively decorated with casual contemporary furnishings. The main room has a love seat, coffee table and a round wood dining table and chairs for 2 people. The corner kitchen with tile countertop is equipped with small refrigerator, stove and microwave. To the right of the main room is the bedroom with double bed. Off the bedroom is the bathroom with shower. A great value for a small accommodation with pool, all within walking distance of the village! **Note: Le Cabanon is on the same property as our Valat apartment (PRO032). This is an ideal combination for couples who travel together and prefer the privacy of separate accommodations. |
