| This renovated farm building, adjacent to the owner's house, is just outside the tiny village of Paunat in a valley near the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers. A small living-dining room is separated from the galley kitchen area by a pine screen. A step down from the kitchen leads to the bathroom and separate WC.
The double bedroom is nicely furnished with pine furniture. The second bedroom is a mezzanine, which has a low beam. French doors from the living room lead out to the lawn and garden at the back, which has views across the countryside and features the new swimming pool. A sweet cottage and excellent value. |
