The Boulevard Raspail is a long tree-lined avenue crossing the Latin Quarter. Here you're following in the footsteps of Ernest Hemingway and other celebrated authors and artists who frequented the neighborhood shops and cafés. Just steps away are the Luxembourg Gardens, St-Germain-des-Prés, St-Sulpice and Montparnasse. On Sundays, you'll find a bustling open-air market renowned for its organic products. Other lively shopping streets close by include the rue de Rennes, rue de Vaugirard and the rue du Cherche-Midi.

This lovely apartment, spacious by Paris standards, is located on the 6th floor of an early 19th-century building with elevator access. It is light and bright with large windows, cream-colored walls and polished parquet floors. The stylish decor features a combination of contemporary and period antique furnishings.

Entry is into the living-dining room. Two upholstered loveseats and period chairs are grouped around a wood coffee table by the fireplace. Adjacent is a corner game table and chairs. Behind is the dining area with round wood table and chairs for 4 people. Occasional tables as well as an antique chest and armoire are warm accents to this handsome room.

The kitchen is brightly colored with painted ceramic tile walls, apricot-colored counters, white cabinets and is equipped with all appliances.

The apartment includes a master bedroom and a smaller guest room each with their own private bathrooms. The master bedroom suite is off a corridor from the entry and has a king bed and ample closet space. It is decorated with a pretty bedcover and curtains, antique wood chest and wood secretary. The guest room is accessed from both the corridor and the living room and has twin trundle beds. The bathroom is nearby on the corridor.

A beautiful apartment in a sought-after neighborhood, accessible to every part of the city.
