The Ile Saint Louis is centrally located and convenient to all that Paris has to offer. A 5-minute walk will take you to Notre Dame Cathedral. The Latin Quarter on the Left Bank, and the Marais on the Right Bank, are just short strolls away. This large studio apartment is on the 3rd floor (see note below) of a 17th-century building that has been well renovated. It overlooks a pretty stone courtyard with flowering plants and shrubs. The apartment has been totally remodeled and is light and bright with tall windows, pastel walls, hardwood floors and all conveniences. In the main room is a contemporary seating group including a black leather sofa and chairs surrounding a glass coffee table, all set in front of a decorative fireplace. There is small drop-leaf dining table and chairs. A handsome wood armoire in a corner houses a murphy bed. Off the main room is a compact, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless cabinets and butcher block counters. Completing the apartment is a modern bathroom. A well-designed studio with both style and charm. |
