The rue de Marignan runs between the Champs-Elysées and the avenue Montaigne. This is a neighborhood of elegant thoroughfares and mansions, not to mention some of Paris’ most sweeping panoramas. The place de la Concorde, Rond-Point and Arc de Triomphe are all in your backyard.
This spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 19th-century building, overlooking a quiet courtyard. The apartment features high ceilings, original molding, marble floors, a decorative fireplace and comfortable furnishings. The entrance hall opens to a dining room with sitting area furnished with dark green leather sofa and armchairs, occasional tables and wood pieces. The dining area includes a pretty oval wood table and chairs for 6 people. Columns separate the dining room from the living room with two large white upholstered sofas and green leather chairs grouped around a coffee table. A marble fireplace, Asian-style carpets, white fabric wall coverings and a variety of antique pieces accent the room . A corridor leads to the fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences and a breakfast area with round granite-topped table. The apartment features 3 bedrooms with wood parquet floors and 3 bathrooms. Off the living room on opposite sides are two master bedroom suites. Each has a king-size bed and ensuite bath with marble tile and jaccuzi-style tubs. One is a full bath with toilet facilities, while the other is in the French style with jacuzzi tub and sink. The third bedroom is off the corridor to the kitchen and has twin beds. Across the hall is a bathroom with tub and sink. Adjacent are separate toilet facilities. A very spacious and comfortable apartment and accessible to every part of the city. *Note: On both sides of the dining area are two stairs leading to the living room. The bathrooms in the two master suites also have several small steps. |
