The property sits near fruit orchards in spacious landscaped grounds which include olive trees, a large lawn, pine and cypress trees, lavender, shrubs and flowers and an enclosed swimming pool. There are several terraces, both open and covered, with plenty of outdoor lounging and dining furniture.

Built in the local style, the house is traditionally Provençal with white stucco facade and shutters, and red tile roof. Inside, the décor features a combination of casual contemporary and French country furnishings accented by white and pastel walls and lovely terra cotta tile floors with painted mosaic tile inserts.

On the ground level is an open-plan living-dining room with a stone fireplace. In the sitting area two upholstered sofas and chairs are grouped around a glass-topped wrought iron coffee table. Opposite is the dining area with pretty French country pieces including a wood table seating 8 people and two large chests. This spacious room is light and airy and has several sets of French doors opening to the garden and pool.

Off the dining area is the pretty kitchen opening to the large tile-roofed terrace with outdoor dining and lounging furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and colorful with yellow cabinets, green tile counters and a round wood breakfast table. From the kitchen there is access to a utility room with washer and dryer.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Off the living room is a queen-bedded suite with French doors opening to the grounds. The ensuite bath has double sinks and shower with separate toilet facilities on the entry hall. Stairs from the entry hall go up to a landing and corridor off of which are 3 additional bedrooms and another large bathroom with both tub and shower. The bedrooms are comfortable and decorated with colorful bedcovers and pastel walls. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled.
