The villa is set in a grassy natural garden with olive, cypress, fruit trees, oleander, lavender and other flowering plants and shrubs. Adjacent to the house is a spacious covered terrace with teak outdoor dining furniture. Towards the back of the garden is a pretty mosaic-tiled swimming pool and another covered lounging and dining terrace.

Inside, the villa has been designed in fine Provençal tradition with heavy wood beamed ceilings and ceramic tile floors. It is very attractively decorated with largely modern furnishings. Entry is into the spacious open-plan living dining room. It is light and airy with cathedral ceiling and two large sliding glass windows on the covered dining terrace.

In front of the fireplace is a sitting area with upholstered loveseat and coffee table. In the back corner is another sitting area with several comfortable sofas and easy chairs arranged near the television. By the sliding glass doors is a pretty wood dining table for 7 people. A counter separates the dining area from the kitchen. It is compact and well equipped with all appliances, cream tile counters and dark wood cabinets.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One is downstairs off the television sitting area and features a door to the garden and ensuite bathroom. Stairs from the living-dining room lead to two more bedrooms which share a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has both a double bed and a single bed best for a child. The bedrooms are all pleasantly decorated with pretty bedcovers and curtains, and the tiled bathrooms include toilet facilities.
