| The rue de Duras is one of the most privileged locations in Paris. It is located amidst the haute couture houses of the city's fashion district and is just opposite the Elysée Palace. The Champs-Elysées, Place de la Concorde, Place de la Madeleine, the rue Royale and the exclusive shops of the Place Vendôme are just short walks away.
Housed in an 18th-century stone building, this elegant apartment has been totally architect-renovated. It is light and bright with large windows facing the building's inner courtyard. The decor is a stylish combination of antique and contemporary pieces. Entrance is into a hallway with marble floor. The spacious living-dining room features a sitting group of several beautifully upholstered sofas and an armchair grouped around a wood and glass coffee table. In the dining area are a round wood table and period side chairs seating 4. Off the entry hall is the kitchen equipped with every modern convenience. Also off the hall is the master bedroom suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is off the living room and has its own (separate) bath as well. One of our loveliest apartments, sure to contribute to a memorable stay. |
