The spacious villa dating from the 1920s has been renovated from top to bottom and is fully air conditioned. The decor includes ceramic tile floors, classic furnishings, many antique pieces and works of art, and colorful fabrics. The house is equipped with top-of-the line appliances, a fitness room, satellite television and WiFi internet access.

On the ground level to the right of the entry hall is a large living room with fireplace and comfortable seating groups with an archway opening to a sunroom with pretty wicker furniture. French doors from both of these rooms open to the terraces and pool.

To the right of the entry is the formal dining room with antique wood dining table and beautifully upholstered chairs. From here an archway and glass-paned door opens to the fully-equipped kitchen with polished stone counters and sink, a long butcher block island, professional quality appliances and French doors to the terraces. Beyond the dining room are a den with satellite television and DVD player and an office with telephone, fax and broadband WiFi internet access.

There are a total of 5 bedroom suites, each with full bathroom. All five bedrooms have king beds, four of which are convertible to twins. They also feature telephones, satellite television and closet safes, and have been decorated with beautiful fabrics and antique pieces. The bathrooms feature marble counters, baths, showers and all have double sinks.

On the ground level is a suite designed for handicapped accessibility, including a bathroom with large shower. Stairs from the entry lead to four more bedroom suites, each with king bed convertible to twins and full bathrooms.

Included in the rental rate is four hours of housekeeping Monday through Saturday.
