Outside the cottage by a shade tree is a café table and chairs, a great spot for a drink or al fresco dining. While the property does not have its own private pool, you'll be able to swim at a neighboring pool in the late afternoon.

Inside, the cottage is on two levels. Electric heating and air conditioning ensure your comfort throughout the year. The décor is casual and contemporary.

On the entry level are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have pretty bedcovers, chests and wardrobes. One has a double and a single bed; the other has a double.

Stairs lead to an open-plan main room with living and dining areas as well as a kitchen. Heavy wood beams are pretty accents to white walls and ceramic-tile floors. In the sitting area are two small upholstered sofas. Opposite is a galley kitchen with white tile counter and backsplash and wood trimmed cabinets. Adjacent is the dining area with round wood dining table and chairs. Also on this level are separate toilet facilities.

A sweet cottage in a highly central location, just steps from village shops. And an excellent value!
