A door from the sitting area leads to the well-equipped kitchen with wood cabinets, tiled counters and walls, all appliances and a small wood breakfast table.

On the ground level, a door from the dining area goes to one of the bedrooms with sage walls and a brass bed. Adjacent is the full bathroom as well as another separate toilet. Stairs from the sitting area go up to the second bedroom with white walls and an antique wood bed. Another full bathroom is adjacent on the hall.
