The rue de Rivoli is one of Paris’ most celebrated streets. A leisurely stroll will take you from stately Hôtel de Ville (City Hall) past the Louvre and the Tuilerie Gardens on your way to the Place de la Concorde. Its arcaded walkways, stylish shops, department stores and cafés attract Parisians and tourists alike. The Marais, Ile St-Louis and Ile de la Cité are also within easy walking distance.

Just steps from Hôtel de Ville and the Bazaar de l’Hôtel de Ville (the Parisian department store of choice, colloquially the "BHV"), this ground floor apartment couldn’t be more centrally located. Built on two levels, it faces an interior courtyard, a calm oasis from the bustling street. It is well designed and equipped and features sleek contemporary furnishings, colorful accents and all conveniences.

Entry is into a spacious main room with living and dining areas and a galley kitchen. In the sitting area a black leather sofa and two upholstered easy chairs are grouped around a glass-topped cocktail table and contemporary carpet.

The U-shaped galley kitchen has been designed with maximum efficiency in mind and features white metal cabinets, butcher block counters and all basic appliances. A counter separates the kitchen from the dining area with a glass and metal table for 4 people.

Stairs by the sitting area lead to a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom, with queen bed, includes built-in bookshelves, ample wardrobe space and a corner office area with desk. Adjacent is the full bathroom with rose marble tilework.

A stylish home base in the heart of the city.
