The old house has been delightfully renovated into four 1-bedroom apartments, three of which are available for vacation stays. The building has front and side gravel courtyards with outdoor tables and chairs, a comfortable spot for tasting the local wines. Set to one side of the property overlooking the countryside is a large swimming pool surrounded by a wood deck and ample lounging furniture. The pool is heated in season and shared by all apartment guests.

Inside, the apartments have been decorated with taste and style, combining the charm of 19th-century architectural features with all modern comforts and conveniences. Two apartments are on the ground level and another is one flight up. They include hardwood and old painted-tile floors, decorative fireplaces, handsome contemporary furnishings and antique wood pieces. The upstairs apartment also has a small balcony with wrought iron railing.

Entry is into an open-plan living-dining room with kitchen. There is a comfortable sitting area with sofa and easy chairs grouped by a small coffee table. Behind is a well-designed galley kitchen with pretty cabinets, butcher block counters and all appliances. Adjacent is a small wood dining table.

Off the living area are a bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom. The bedroom décor includes richly colored quilts and curtains along with high-quality bed linens. The bathrooms boast beautiful ceramic-tiled showers and fine fixtures.
