Off the entry to the left is the kitchen, equipped with all appliances and amply sized to include a breakfast area with wrought iron bunching tables and chairs. A door from the kitchen leads to the balcony with barbecue and outdoor dining furniture.

Completing the apartment are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are on alternate sides of the apartment, providing more privacy. They feature colorful bedcovers, antique tables, bedside lamps and chests. The bathrooms include fine fixtures and pretty ceramic tilework with painted tile inserts. On the entry hall is a door to a queen-bedded room and full ensuite bathroom with American-style tub-shower.
