Inside, the house has been well renovated and exudes great character. Built on three levels, it features authentic wood-beamed and plaster ceilings, exposed stone walls, graceful stone arches and terra cotta tile floors. The decor includes a combination of contemporary furnishings, lovely antique pieces as well as all comforts and conveniences.

From the entry hall, a massive stone arch leads to a spacious living-dining room. It is open and airy with high ceilings and both exposed stone and yellow walls. Two upholstered sofas and arm chairs are grouped around a glass coffee table in front of the decorative marble fireplace. An antique side table and heavy wood armoire are striking accents to this appealing room. Behind the sitting area is a long white wood dining table and chairs for 14 people.

Opposite the living-dining room on the right side of the entry corridor is a wonderful French country kitchen. It is fully equipped for both amateur and serious cooks and sports painted wood beams, white and yellow walls, white tile counters and backsplash with painted tile accents. In the middle is a rectangular wood breakfast table and on the side a built-in wood armoire. Glass doors from the both the living room and kitchen open to the garden and pool. Also on the entry level are a den with satellite television and separate toilet facilities.

There are a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on three upper floors. All are comfortably furnished and colorfully decorated. Three are king suites with full bathrooms. Among these is a spacious master suite of close to 800 square feet built on two levels. On the lower level is a comfortable sitting area with large sectional sofa, antique tables and lamps. The decoration includes several large framed antique maps of Paris and France. The full bathroom with shower is also on the lower level of the suite. An open-riser metal staircase goes up to the bedroom with skylights. The suite is accessed from a door on the second floor or from a separate street entrance.

Another suite with king bedroom and full bathroom with shower is up a half-flight of stairs from the main living level. Up another half flight on the second floor are 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twins. These bedrooms all share a full bathroom with curtained tub and hand-held shower attachment, sink and toilet facilities. Stairs continue to the third floor where there are two more bedrooms. One has a queen bed and full bathroom with shower across the hall. The other has a king bed and ensuite clawfoot tub and sink.
