The property is set on a lane near the edge of the village overlooking fields and vineyards. A tree-shaded courtyard with fig and olive trees, bamboo and flowering plants is the perfect place to relax after a day of touring or to enjoy al fresco drinks and meals.

Inside the property has been well renovated and includes traditional architectural features such as wood and plaster ceilings and stone floors. Furnishings include a combination of comfortable contemporary and antique pieces.

Entry is into the living room with glass door opening to the courtyard. Here a large red upholstered sofa and rattan loveseat with colorful cushions are grouped around a wood coffee table by the fireplace. A seat with cushions is built into the corner and in the opposite corner is a desk.

Off the living room is a small den with another sofa and wood armoire. Through the living room, a doorway opens to the French country kitchen with oval wood dining table and cane chairs. The kitchen includes stone counters, stone sink, antiqued green wood cabinets, an old wood china chest and all appliances.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all accessed from two flights of stairs, one from the kitchen and another from the living room. One is a master suite with double bed and full bathroom with shower. There is another bedroom with double bed and a third with twins, best suited to children. The bedrooms have colorful walls, bedcovers, area rugs and lace curtains and are accented with antique tables and chests. In addition to the bathroom in the master suite, there is a bathroom on the hall with tub and shower attachment. Adjacent are separate toilet facilities.
