The village of Siorac is located on the Dordogne River in the heart of the Périgord. From this highly central location, all the sights of this picturesque and historic region are short drives away.

Inside the old stone property has undergone a complete renovation using the highest quality building materials. Classic Périgourdine architectural features include heavy wood beamed ceilings, beautiful exposed stonework, stone arches, polished hardwood floors and open stone fireplaces. The décor includes a combination of stylish contemporary furnishings and an array of antique pieces. The appliances, fixtures and lighting are top of the line. Off the entry hall to the right is the fully-equipped kitchen. With its stainless steel refrigerator, professional-level stove, ample stone counters and antiqued wood cabinets, this is a kitchen the best of cooks will enjoy. At the far end of the kitchen is a cozy breakfast area with small wood table and chairs next to a gallery of windows overlooking the river. A stone archway from the breakfast area and a door from the entry hall lead to the open-plan living-dining room. This is a gracious room with large windows overlooking the river. In the dining area are an antique farm table and chairs for 8 people. The sitting area includes comfortable upholstered sofas with plush cushions and rattan easy chairs grouped by the open stone fireplace. Colorful Asian carpets along with antique chests, fine ceramic pieces and objets d'art accent this very handsome room. A door from the sitting area opens to a den with additional seating and satellite television. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are decorated with fine linens and quilts, antique tables, chests and lamps. The bathrooms feature quality ceramics and tilework. On the main living level are a bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet facilities. Also on this level are additional toilet facilities. Stairs from the entry go up to three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. One is a spacious master suite with king bed and large bathroom with separate tub, tiled shower, double sinks and toilet. Along the corridor are a queen-bedded room and a smaller room with twin beds best for children. These two rooms share bathroom facilities with separate shower, sink and toilet accessed on the hall.
