This old stone house offers the best of village and country life. It is centrally located in a quiet village opposite the old village church. Well renovated, the house features original molding, wood beamed ceilings and a combination of contemporary and antique furnishings. A flight of stone stairs from the gravel courtyard opens to the country kitchen. It is well equipped with a professional gas stove, butcher block counters and wood cabinets. In the center is a wood dining table for 6 people. A corridor from the kitchen leads to the double salon. This spacious room is light and airy with large windows overlooking the gravel courtyard and church. There's plenty of room to relax and settle in with comfortable sofas, armchairs, occasional tables and lamps. The property includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are suites with king beds and full bathrooms. All are beautifully decorated with pretty quilts and bedcovers, curtains, bedside tables, lamps and chests. The bathrooms have fine fixtures and tilework. A corridor off the living room leads to one of the king suites with American-style tub with shower in the bathroom. Stairs from the hall go up to two more bedrooms. One is another king suite with tub and hand-held shower attachment in the bathroom. Also upstairs is a twin-bedded room and another full bathroom with shower adjacent on the hall.
