Inside, the house has been well designed and decorated in the local style with ceramic tile floors, pastel walls and casual contemporary furnishings. Entry is into the living room with two dark leather sofas grouped around a glass coffee table. Behind is a television area with comfortable upholstered armchair seating. Occasional tables and lamps complement this light and airy room. Large sliding glass doors open to the covered terrace.

A wood-topped bar with stools separates the living room from the kitchen. It is fully equipped and includes a dining area with pretty wood table and chairs for 8 people and a corner china cabinet. French doors also open from the kitchen to the terrace.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms. A corridor from the living room leads to a queen bedroom with ensuite bath and sliding glass doors to the terrace. Stairs from the living area lead to a landing with 4 more bedrooms: one queen, two with twins and one with bunks for children. The bedrooms are all attractively decorated with wrought iron beds, colorful quilts and curtains.

Also upstairs is a large bathroom with separate tub and shower and double sinks. The bathrooms have lovely cream and beige ceramic tilework with painted frieze. There are additional toilet facilities on the ground floor.
