Here a sea-green leather sofa and two easy chairs are grouped around a wood coffee table by the stone fireplace. A colorful carpet, built-in bookcases, antique chests, occasional tables and lamps make this a very inviting room.

A few more stairs lead down to the dining room with and wood dining table and chairs for 6 people. From the dining room a door opens to the fully-equipped kitchen with mint-green ceramic tile counters, oak cabinets along with all appliances and conveniences. There's plenty of space for preparing simple and more complex meals. French doors from the dining room and kitchen open to the terrace and grounds.

The property includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One with a double bed is located on the entry level with bathroom and separate toilet facilities on the hall. Stairs from the entry lead to two more bedrooms: one double-bedded with adjacent bathroom, and the other with twin beds built under the wood rafters.
