Surrounded by fields, the old flour mill is enclosed by a low stone wall at the front with trees and shrubs encircling the remainder of the property. Off the back is a stone terrace with covered outdoor dining area.

Inside, the mill has been well restored. It retains many classic architectural features including traditional Pierres de Bourgogne (Burgundy stone) floors in the sitting-dining room, stone fireplaces, exposed stone walls, wood beams and a beautiful solid oak staircase with minstral gallery above. Furnishings include contemporary and antique pieces.

On the ground floor is an entrance hall with flagstone floor, open fireplace and traditional monk's bench. To the right there is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, terra cotta tile floor and dark wood breakfast table. To the left of the entrance hall is a tiled bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Also on this level are additional toilet facilities.

Several steps lead to the large well furnished living-dining room with its handsome stone fireplace. Two upholstered sofas are grouped around a colorful carpet. Behind is a pretty polished wood dining table and chairs for 4 people accented by a large antique armoire.

An oak staircase leads up to a gallery on the right hand side. Adjacent is large double bedroom on the mezzanine. To the left of the staircase the second double bedroom has terra cotta floor tiles and open fireplace with a door leading out to a partly covered sun terrace overlooking the countryside. Both bedrooms are decorated with pretty bedcovers, side tables and chests.
